This company is unbelievably unprofessional Booked and paid for a hire car through Holiday Autos for collection in New Zealand. When we arrived to collect the car they requested payment. I produced documentation to prove I had already paid, but Holiday Autos had not entered the details onto Avis’s system. After a very lengthy phone call to Ireland and “customer Service” we were no closer to finding a solution.
Ended up paying for the car again. Then the fun started 20 emails later, over a period of 11 weeks I finally received my refund of £336
