This company does not deserve even a 1 star rating.
My husband has never taken out additional insurance in over 40 years but this company said we agreed to it and overcharged us by 4 times the agreed amount. When my husband questioned them they said it would be refunded on our return with a full tank of petrol. This has never been done and you cannot speak to anyone to complain. Never go with them again.
Carole and Robert Booty - still waiting for refund . If this isn’t forthcoming Facebook will be our only option
