Flight arrived late . Waited an hour at the Interrent desk. Everyone in front was being upsold a bigger car. When I finally got served was told that my booking wasn't valid because I was late ! But then , surprise surprise, I could have a bigger car for more money. I think they just don't have the stock.
Went and rented from Avis instead. Took 5 minutes.
No response from them so wouldn't even give 1 star.
