We missed our flight and had to fly out the following day and when we tried to amend the booking online it would not let us do it as it was less than 24 hrs before pick up. Phoned them and nobody was answering their phone. We ended having to pay for a weeks hire even though we didn't have the car.
Avoid this con company at every cost, it's not worth the few pennies you save when you book with them as their customer service is non existent,,,
