Treated with utter contempt! (would give 0 if possible) A problem with a booking, caused by a problem with their website, led to our booking being cancelled. No refund and we had to pay a much higher price to re-book! They would not even consider any refunds. Obviously do not need to keep their customers satisfied..,.
