The booking process online was easy. I made the mistake of paying in advance. I was told I could cancel any time with no penalties up to 48 hours before car pickup. When I called the office I just got put on hold. When I tried to cancel online they said because of the COVID-19 concerns that I should consider waiting until closer to the pick-up date. The rest of my trip has already been canceled but they won't let me cancel my rental.
