Do not order from Homebase and do not expect to have any help from the customer services team.....absolutely terrible. Ordered two garden benches - one arrived broken. Broken bench collected. No replacement yet. i requested a refund, but have been told that they can't do this and that i have to reject the delivery to get a refund...when this actually turns up! So, instead of waiting for the replacement which i'll reject for a refund, i thought i'd order another chair ...this was a BIG mistake...also broken! Have sent photos of the damage....been told to wait for a refund and once issued i have to dispose of the broken chair myself. They will not collect it now. I was told by a customer service advisor to either 'dump it' (that's exactly what he said) or give it to Charity (even though it's broken!). Are Homebase having a laugh?! I hope that you record your colleague calls Homebase, because that advice to a customer is appalling! If i could give zero i would!
