Placed an order on 01/04/21 ( I know, must have been an April FOOL!) of £700 odd pounds for 57 items and paid for named day day delivery. That day came and went no goods. Rang Homebase customer service, twice, both times queuing was in excess of 35 minutes each time. Put through to an Indian call centre. They were no use whatsoever, could not locate where my goods were and was told a supervisor would ring me back in 2 hours. Of course that did not happen. 13/04/21 out of the blue DX2Man couriers delivered a consignment of 6 out of 7 boxes. These contained 30 of the 57 items ordered, 3 of which were damaged beyond use. Asked the courier where the other box was, and was told "This is normal for Homebase, they never ship the right goods. So the moral of this story is --- DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM HOMEBASE ONLINE. AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR GOODS. Passed this fraudulent transaction to my credit card company in attempt to claim money back. Look on Homebase facebook page their are 100's of similar cases. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
