Shocking quality goods, but even more shocking ‘customer service’ & I use that term loosely as I don’t believe they know what customer service is. Lies (keep telling me my refund is being processed), deceit (gave me a false email address when I asked to escalate my issue) & rude beyond belief (you can dispose of the goods yourself, we won’t collect’)
Diabolical, shambolic & totally unprofessional, I don’t know how they are still in business!!
