Awful customer service
I ordered a Patio set which arrived with two bent chairs and a missing table. All the customer service will do is send out a new set which is supposed to arrive within 7 days. They cannot give a date I just have to wait. It's impossible to talk to anyone in the UK, the Indian call centre can't deviate from the script.
