Absolutely appalling customer service.
Bought an outdoor rattan settee a few months ago and it is coming apart and sagging in the middle,after very little use.
I have been told by their CS to take this assembled settee back to a store to be inspected at a huge cost to myself.
Very rude replies which take days to arrive.
Avoid where possible
