Ordered paint online and booked a decorator to start the following day. Order did not arrive and after talking to customer services was told l would have to contact DPD as they were delivering the order. DPD informed us that they were unsure when the order would arrive due to a backlog. Decorator had to be paid as he had turned other work down.
