NEVER again would I use Homebase to replace my Windows/Doors/Kitchen/Bathroom or Toilet, yep I used them for all that work and every single aspect of it they have messed up. The work was due to be completed May2015 unfortunately we are now in November 2015 and still the work is not complete, issues have included but not limited to the builder leaving us with half finished work, glass being found in my bed.
Stay well clear they are useless, I have even wrote and e-mailed the Managing Director Echo Lu and had nothing back from her.
