If possible I would score zero.Having ordered online for click & collect at Chichester Homebase,nearly 20 miles from my home address, I arrived at 15:15 but was not served until 16:00 by 2 inept staff who dawdled & seemed unable to use the IT system.They were also alien to the concept of customer service
Avoid at all costs because I certainly will in future.
