Placed an order online over a week ago to pick up in store on my chosen date, went to pick up my order, surprise surprise! My order had not been delivered to the store yet and would be another couple of days, was told that it's yodels fault.. surely it's Homebase who are at fault for not ensuring that my order was ready for me to pick up not yodel. Homebase are the ones that I placed my order with and have taken my payment. Think they need to sort out the way orders get delivered and keep customers informed when there are issues with deliveries, not just blame the company that they use, also think they should look into using a different company to make sure that items ordered are delivered on time. VERY unhappy customer.....
