We bought an artificial Christmas Tree and Wicker base surround to disguise the triangular base at the tree bottom. We didn’t like the look so tried to return the base but the shop refused to accept it without the receipt which my wife had lost. This is despite her phoning the store beforehand and getting approval from the assistant manager to return it. Absolutely horrible and embarrassing customer service will never buy anything from them again.
