A week ago I ordered two wall mirrors to be picked up at the Botley store. I got them home, and ONE of them was completely smashed, so I called customer service a couple of times and received the news that I was in a queue for at least 30 minutes, so I sent an email to them describing the problem. A couple of days later someone called me to arrange the delivery to my home of a replacement mirror. It has just arrived and is in the SAME CONDITION AS THE FIRST!!!! I called to complain and was glibly told that you can't trust ANY courier company, I can't believe it- I was angry on the phone, but was not rude in any way and was told to calm down as I would have a heart attack- does no-one take their job seriously anymore, or do they just not give a damn??? I have been assured that a refund will be given- I suppose that this will be the next drama with it all!!
