I am about to pursue Homebase through the Ombudsman as they have failed to deliver approx. 15 percent of my kitchen. The missing items were not discovered until the fitters tried to put the kitchen together.....we had to go elsewhere to buy things as I had only hired fitters for three days. when I submitted a report to Homebase regarding lost and damaged items, they have rejected my claims by saying their warehouse say they had delivered. I have 6 doors missing, a drawer unit and various hinges. I am devastated and so upset that I have paid 4,000 for my kitchen which is now full of gaps and Homebase shrugging their shoulders saying they are not going to resolve my issues.
