Can't be worse.. as simple as that.
After complaining and receiving promises that they are going to look into my complaint, I received an email addressed to another person, to apologise and giving me the details of that person's complaint!!!!!!!!!! hahaha can't believe how poor the management is in Homebase..
In addition that would be classified as breach of confidentiality. God knows who has got my email explaining my details to other people...
