We had a problem with our shower unit leaking behind the storm wall. It took over 4 weeks to complete the repair. we were without a shower for that time and if we did not constantly contact Homebase nothing would have been done. to add insult to injury there has been no response to our emails to their so called customer services, including the Managing Director of Customer Services.
what a pathetic company!!
