Ordered a parasol on 11th . The confirmation clearly stated that it would be delivered on 15th ( today). Nobody has been in touch and when I checked tracking it said delivered by 20th. I really needed this earlier than the 20th . The chat line is useless . I was basically told the order is now with the couriers and the chat was ended instantly. Luckily I took a screenshot otherwise I would not have been able to check the courier tracking.
I will not use Homebase again .
