Home base at Newton Abbot, Devon, has the most helpful staff imaginable.
I live nearer to a huge B&Q but would rather travel the 9 miles to Homebase.
Today I had to buy garden trellis 1.8 metres X 0.9 metres. Alex helped me get the panels onto a trolley and Angie, bless her, from customer service desk, helped me get them into my car. This took ages as I suffer from fibromyalgia which made manoeuvring the seats around slow.
Good range of products in store too.
