Spent over £1k in there in the last year. You can never get anyone on shop floor for assistance. Today was the last straw when I was looking for a wire brush. After searching aisle after aisle I asked for assistance. The reply I received was it's maybe somewhere down that aisle. I told him I'd been searching if for 10 mins and he just shrugged and slowly walked off. Terrible service.
Last time I went with list of 5 thins came out with one. Only think they had in stock.
