I had a problem with the price of paint I had bought and e-mailed the store at Upton, Wirral.
The manager, Alan Welch, e-mailed back without delay and asked me to call in to resolve the matter.
I arrived in the evening when only the duty manager was there, and expected to have to explain myself, but Alan had left all details with the manager on duty and the matter was settled to my satisfaction.
