Rude staff, management who think staff always right and clients always wrong.
Wrong products delivered but even still in front of paper work they deny it and telling me I will be banned because I dare telling them they are wrong, sorry, but who are they? let me reply to this question, deserted stores, nobody dare going in their stores just in case one of their staff decides to have 'a go at them'! This is the reality.
