Totally incompetent management. Faulty goods returned and accounted for, yet I am still waiting for my refund. Apparently a mistake was made and I now need to wait another 3-5 days. No one calls to advise of this, you have to constantly chase the company. Chasing this refund for several weeks now, two mistakes and several calls later, I am still £700 out of pocket. Something to be mindful of, should you purchase anything of substantial value from Homebase.
