Visited the Harrogate store yesterday needing advice on my cupboard doors and how to get the handles off. I can honestly say that the man that helped us went above and beyond. He really knew his products and the section of the store that he dealt with. Big thanks to Nige/ Nigel in the screw and tools section. His assistance was much appreciated! Five star service!
