Homebase in Streatham Vale , order a bathroom and waited two weeks and no delivery. I called only to find out that one my ordered items was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be. I proceed to cancel my order which was itself a nightmare 3 different people telling me different things about how to receive a refund.
The staff all seem very lazy and not very clued up one what they job is and how to do their job. I wont even by a pot of paint from Homebase now
