If i could leave a minus rating i would.
Disgusting service. Ordered items the day you decided to close stores.
Expected items within 2-3 days. Then needed something else. Went online to order to see if in stock. Message is 3 days delay. Ok busy in these unusual circumstances.
So i placed another order for additional paint.
Both payments taken.
Both orders overdue.
Both orders chased
BOTH COMMUNICATIONS - IGNORED
Out of curiosity, tried to placed named delivery yesterday. I could get this allegedly by Thursday!!!!!!!!!
So Homebase answers please
WHY are you still taking orders and money off people when you clearly not fulfilling orders.
I thought it was just me, looking at these reviews Clearly not the case.
So my suggestion is.
Stop taking more money off people and refund the customers still waiting For their items.
When i first ordered there was a phone number the system that you have clearly now removed!
Will be looking at legal options later. Plus speaking to my bank.
