I placed an order to finally decorate my bedroom as was following government guidelines of staying at home during the COVID-19, due to being self employed, this order was placed on 28th, I received an email to say my order had been dispatched on 3rd, in with my order was filler, gloss paint and wall and ceiling paint, I received the wall filler, I have emailed homebase on the email address they have given and received no reply as to why no paint has been sent. To this date of sending two emails I am still waiting for a reply, absolutely shocking taking others money and not delivering the goods, won't be purchasing on here again, use B&Q in future
