Placed and paid for some items online, and was given an estimated collection date. When I went to the store, the order wasn't there. I returned two days later - still not there. I emailed customer services and 5 days later still had no reply. Now stuck in a never-ending phone queue.
How a company can be THIS inept is beyond me.
