We have ordered 2 pots of fence paint and a brush 4 weeks ago. It was due within 5 days. Homebase have happily taken our money, however I have chased my order via email 3 times. The third time I had a response to say the paint was coming from the supplier directly to us and out of their control as to when it will arrive. The phone lines are down and have been for 3 weeks that we have been trying to chase. I have just email for an update and it says emails are blocked. If they can’t deliver they should not be taking orders. Customer service at the moment is awful / non excitant. Sort it out Homebase!!!!!
