Ordered 2 tubs of fence paint on the 28th March and STILL WAITING for it to arrive. Have emailed asking where it is but surprise surprise I have had no response. They are quick to take customer’s money but their service is absolutely rubbish. Other companies seem more than able to cope with the current situation and we all understand that items may take a little longer to be delivered but Homebase we’ll all I can say are a complete joke.
Going to try and get my money back but don’t hold much hope.
All I can say is STAY WELL CLEAR OF HOMEBASE
