Everything to do with a on line order. Awful, response terrible.
Only Part order came. No communication. Asked for other part refund
One order nothing. They are unavailable to be spoken to - asked for refund nothing
One order arrived need a refund for delivery as I collected.
One order promised refund - nothing.
I can’t speak to any one. No sensible response to emails.
Just don’t use. Give them time to catch up!
It’s rude and bad mannered not to answer calls emails etc - just standard reply there will be no reply. Other words shut up and wait.
