Ordered a lawnmower on 26th April. Homebase took my money and gave me an exact delivery date of 4 days later. I waited in all day. Nothing arrived. No update, explanation, email, or apology. No 'phone number to be able to contact them. I emailed - no reply. 3 weeks went by. Still nothing. Fed up and frustrated, I emailed asking for a refund. Not even an acknowledgement. Now 5 weeks later, I have no lawnmower or refund. During this crisis I have received numerous other home deliveries from other companies who seem able to fulfil their obligations without problem - but not Homebase! Management heads should role over this shambles. Appalling (non-existent) customer service. You will reap the whirlwind when this is over. Never again will I shop with you.
