Placed an order on 11th April, part of the order was delivered on the 15th, which was great, but the balance has not arrived yet. Repeated e-mails politely querying when the outstanding order might be delivered have been ignored. That there have been delays is understandable, but not responding to e-mails is not. Appalling customer service. Am left wondering if the order will ever be completed, and if not will I get a refund. I would really like a reply to my emails. They are quick to take the money from your account, and are still taking new orders, which they shouldn't do if they cannot honour them.
