Ordered and paid for goods. Delivery estimated 3-5 days though expected longer due to covid 19. Did not expect still to be waiting 4 weeks later. Customer service is shocking. Received an email stating goods would be delivered in 7 days - none arrived. Received second email saying goods would be delivered within 7 days. Still no goods. Cannot speak to customer service on phone so twice sent emails asking for refund. Again no response. Aware there are issues with delivery bu5 you as a company should not give delivery dates that cannot be kept. Now struggling to get a refund
