Terrible Customer "Service" - no answer whatsoever, after 4 weeks from the order date and 3 weeks from the date it was supposed to arrive. I fully understand the Covid-19 emergency, but other retailers manage to stay on top of the orders and (re-) their customers expectations.
Homebase have taken the money, and have no clue whatsoever when or how they're going to deliver.
