Appalling customer service!!
Placed order online with a confirmed delivery day, weeks have now passed!!
Received an email to say part of my item is out of stock and I’ll receive a refund, still waiting!!
just wish they would make personal contact instead of generic emails and be realistic instead of giving false hope.
They can quickly take your money but take forever to give refund.
To this day, I’ve not spoke to anyone, I haven’t received my order and I haven’t received my refund.
How bad is that !!
