Ordered a pressure washer online 5 days later relished Homebase had taken 2 payments valuing £350 !
Emailed straightaway with the issue but only auto replies telling me how busy they were !!
4 weeks later 2 pressure washers arrived by the same courier on the same day !!
Had to wait till stores opened to take one back for refund !!
Lady at the till asked why I ordered 2 !!! Unbelievable talk about incompetent !!!!!!!!!
