Order arrived late (which would have been fine if only they would keep customers updated) one item out of 2 completely smashed. Branches wont accept returns 'in case of contamination' and no customer service phone line in operation. I was told by my local branch to hold on to the item 'until all this is over' Only available communication is an online form , I wont hold my breath for a refund then. The invoice that came with my order still states that you can return items to stores and gives the customer service phone number. Useless
