I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. Never in my life have I come across such appalling customer service. Doing the right thing during lockdown, we ordered all our fence paints, brushes etc. from Homebase using their delivery service. That was on the 7th of April (5 weeks ago!). After a week we tried ringing, but no doubt due to the volume of complaints they'd turned their phone lines off and would only take emails. We've since sent a further 2 emails, messaged them via their facebook page and an internet enquiry. Still nothing and still no phone lines open. Worst DIY store by a country mile - do not even risk ordering from them!
