Sadly the same as many others. Over 8 weeks without the majority of an order. Only things to arrive where direct from a supplier and items I collected from store. Refund requested weeks ago and no response to emails, telephone lines closed. Have raised the issue with my bank as no other option left. Every other company I have used during the pandemic have either managed or been upfront with their delivery times.
