I have a problem with an internet order received just prior to lockdown. I ordered three matching doors and one is very obviously a faded display model giving it a different colour.
Still not resolved. At first I received responses to emails then despite repeat emails - nothing. Phone numbers listed on website are not in operation. Leave your number and we'll call you back is also not working.
I called the Home Delivery number and was held in a queue for over two hours with the repeated message - We know you are waiting, we'll be with you as soon as we can - and then being offered the callback service which is not working. After two hours and six minutes I had to hang up without getting anywhere. Homebase - this is a failure of customer service. Buyer beware.
