Order taken online over 5 weeks ago and not yet delivered.
Customer service phone lines never answered.
Numerous e-mails requesting cancellation and refund ignored without reply.
Homebase simply do not deserve customers and sadly, due to the entirely obvious disinterest they have consistently shown, I hope they will go bust.
