This company should not be selling online; they do not have the infrastructure to support online trading. I placed an order on 1st April and am still trying to chase my refund 2 months later. They only delivered half my order and I have been unable to get the rest of the products / or a refund. The customer service has been awful. The only way of contacting them is through email and they are awful at responding. For my first few emails they took on average 7-10 days to respond. They have now stopped responding all together. On April 30th I was told that my refund would be processed within 7 working days but I have still not received it 6 weeks later. They are now willfully ignoring my messages when I ask for an update on the status of my order. I now need to go through my credit card company to get my money back
