-100 stars -100 stars! Please please please guys, don’t EVER buy a kitchen from these incompetent asshats. You will seriously regret it!!!! I should make it clear that this all started long before the Covid crisis. 8 months down the line still haven’t got a complete kitchen (they designed it wrong) and they are refusing to give us our remaining items they have kept delivering smashed (over 6 times) or compensation (we have been assured of several times.) They have taken all our money and not given us the final product!!!!!!!!!! Some may call that theft. They have left us without basic facilities during lockdown and have no clue about customer care or how to run a business. The shop manager is a pathological liar, the area managers are unhelpful (but also embarrassed of the company and their behaviour), the escalations team are useless and the CEO + his team are rubbish. See you in court you bunch of absolute crooks.
