I would like to tell everyone about my amazing experience about buying in store from Homebase Maidenhead. Berkshire. What a total contrast to the Bracknell store. You wouldn’t think you were in the shops of the same company. Bracknell store has a couple of really good and helpful people. But if you’re unlucky enough to get most any one of the other staff, then forget: Willing to please. A smile Helpfulness Customer comes first. What a disgraceful and pitiful place that is to shop. 8 miles down the road at Homebase’s Maidenhead store, you’re blown away with kindness and helpfulness. At one point in my purchase I had 3 people all trying to help me. So I cannot thank you guys enough. You made my time in your store, pleasant, happy, reassuring. You helped me every step of the way, in fact you went ‘out’ of your way. So thanks to all who served me. I want to come back to your store rather than Bracknell even though you’re another few miles away! Well done, keep it up. And know customers always prosper when staff are warm and friendly, customers also want to return. Bracknell, start putting customers before yourselves, we don’t need to see you with miserable faces and couldn’t care less attitudes.
