I bought a 'Airwave Four Seasons Essential 3x3 Pop Up Gazebo No Sides'. After being erected for approximately 3 days (not left up), the canopy ripped, in hot sunny none windy weather.
I contacted customer services, told to send photos, which I did.
I then received an email from their 3rd party - Expressco Direct Limited, who asked how long was it up for, to which my reply was 3 days. With that I was told I was at fault as I had left it up unattended. My response was that ' they did not ask if it was up continuously and I did not state either way.
To me it was a loaded question tricking me into a statement they could use against me.
Homebase customer service now refuse to answer my emails, Expressco Direct Limited refuse to replace or repair, but have offered to sell me a replacement canopy!!
So don't buy from Homebase if it involves a 3rd party as they won't do anything.
Don't buy from Expressco Direct Limited as they take your money and run
