I was a first time appliance buyer with Home Depot after switching from Lowe's. Big mistake! I was told my a customer representative supervisor that if an appliance has 3 service calls with the same issue on an appliance they will reimburse.
Lowe's policy was if it cant be fixed once they will replace it. Once my issue with HD is done I will be rethinking about purchasing an appliance with them.
